Summary:

Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive financial management reporting system to measure the financial and operational performance of the group on a monthly basis.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive financial management reporting system to measure the financial and operational performance of the group on a monthly basis. The system will incorporate the same financial and operational metrics for the practice manager and physicians, executive management and the Board of Trustees.

Assist in the implementation and maintains CMGA (Crimson Medical Group Advantage) Business intelligence pool.

Monitors performance dashboards, for each employed physician, clinical site, department or division or organized clinical program. Utilizes CMGA tool for monthly summary report showing financial performance, productivity, patient satisfaction and quality measures and metrics for the consolidated Physician Services enterprise. Examples of metrics include work relative value units, new patients, established patients, in and out-patient services and procedures by location, by physician and by CPT code.

Develops a high level of knowledge and expertise in CMGA and is able to educate and train others.

Validates data feeds and coordinates with CMGA tool on a monthly basis. Reconciles data back to source systems

Maintains detailed budget records and documents all assumptions. Assits the Manager with all aspects of the annual operating and capital budgets

Maintains an excel based financial model used to monitor financial performance, forecast annual results, monitor cash flow, strategic investment by the hospital, prepare the budget and provide multi-year proforma modeling.

Develop an outside contract data base reporting on the status of contracts, description of contracts, financial terms and conditions and performance. For example: NYU genetics, New York Hospital IVF, Columbia GYN Oncology)

Prepares ad hoc financial analysis as requested

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a business related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of Medical Group finance experience is desired. Excellent working knowledge of personal computers, especially spreadsheet and word processing applications, is required. Professional and courteous inter-personal are a must.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
